In accordance with the measures aimed suppressing the COVID-19 pandemic, the permanent and temporary exhibitions of the Holocaust Memorial Center in Budapest are closed to the visitors for an indefinite period from Wednesday, November 11, 2020.

I have encountered various names of the institution in the press.

The correct name of the institution is Holocaust Memorial Center, in Hungarian Holokauszt Emlékközpont. The name of the foundation operating the institution is Holocaust Documentation Center Memorial Collection Public Foundation, the Hungarian acronym for it is HDKE.
