There is a particular emphasis on personal stories. The exhibition highlights the everyday dilemmas faced by individuals and their choices.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hdke.hu\/en\/from-deprivation-of-rights-to-genocide\/\">More about the permanent exhibition<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hdke.hu\/en\/about-us\/visitors\/tickets\/\">Ticket Information<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>GUIDED TOURS OF THE PERMANENT EXHIBITION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Guided Tour<\/strong> (90\u2032)<\/p>\n<p>Our guided tours start in front of the Synagogue, where our tour guides give a short introduction about the Memorial Center\u2019s buliding complex. After the introduction, the guided tour continues through the entrance hall of the Tower of Lost Communities to the main exhibiton. Throughout the tour, visitors learn about the key historical moments of the Hungarian Holocaust. The tour ends in the synagogue, which is not active liturgically.<\/p>\n<p>The main exhibition is recommended for visitors over the age of 14.<\/p>\n<p>Note: If a group has more than 35 people, it will be split into two smaller groups. This is a simple rule that ensures a more manageable group size. However, the two groups can be guided simultaneously starting at a slightly different location. This also means that the fee of the guided tour has to be paid twice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jewish Quarter Tour<\/strong> (120\u2032)<\/p>\n<p>Our Jewish Quarter Tour begins in front of the Doh\u00e1ny Street Synagogue. However, it does not include a guided tour of the synagogue itself.
