TICKET PRICES

Individual prices:
Adult individual tickets – permanent exhibition: HUF 3600/person

Discount ticket – permanent exhibition: HUF 1.600/person

Temporary exhibition: Free of charge

Discounts:
– Available for citizens of EEA below age 26 and above age 62;
– For up to two adults escorting at least two visitors below age 18.

Tickets may be purchased at the ticket office or online.

Group prices:
Adult group tickets – permanent exhibition: 2550 HUF (over 10 people)

Discount group ticket – permanent exhibition: 800 HUF (over 10 people)

Guided tours:
In Hungarian: HUF 6.900/group
In English, French, German, Italian, Russian HUF 9.400/group

Opening hours:
Saturday: closed
Sunday – Friday: 10 am – 6 pm
Ticket office closes at 5 pm

City Walk:
Walk through the former Jewish quarter (120 minutes)

We will visit the most important sites of Jewish life in Budapest before the Holocaust. We will see the remains of the Great Ghetto in Pest that are still visible today. The walk starts in front of the Dohány Street Synagogue with a minimum of 5 participants. The program is available from April to October, depending on the weather.

FREE ENTRY

The following categories of visitors among EEA citizens* have free entry to the Center:
Children up to age 6 (Visiting the permanent exhibition is not recommended for children under age 12);
Senior citizens above age 70;
People with disabilities, including one person in escort;
People with professional entry pass issued by the Ministry;
Persons entitled to free entry based to their membership in professional association of museums;
Teachers in public education;
People under age 26 on every last Sunday of the month;
People under age 18 with up to two escorting adults on every last Sunday of the month;
Entry is free on national holidays of Hungary (March 15, August 20 and October 23), regardless of the citizenship of the visitor.


VALIDITY


The tickets are valid for one day visit to the permanent and periodic exhibition and the Pava Street Synagogue.

The Memorial Wall of the Victims and the Tower of the Lost Communities in the inner yard may be visited without entry ticket.
