International Holocaust Remembrance Day – 2024

The Holocaust Memorial Center in Budapest cordially invites you to the commemoration of the International Holocaust Remembrance Day beginning at 11:30 am on Friday, January 26, 2024.

In 2005, the United Nations General Assembly designated 27 January as International Holocaust Remembrance Day. On this day in 1945, Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest and most notorious Nazi death camp, was liberated.
