Program Guide

The Holocaust Memorial Center is not just a site for remembrance, venue for exhibitions, research and education institution, it also provides frequently space for cultural and professional events. The number of these occasions is steadily increasing, as we believe that only a vivid institution that is able permanently to renew itself, is successful in achieving its objectives. Besides offering historical data and insight, we would like to provide to each group of our visitors – researchers, professionals, students, teachers or even children – space for debate, conversation, celebration or indeed entertainment.

The Synagogue, the inner court and the café are venues of cultural and education events throughout the year. Several areas in the building are suitable for acting performances, open-air programs, closed conferences, workshops and discussions. The programs are aimed at all generations, not just adults and students, but often at children too. The Center also hosts frequently events staged by other organizations.
